Tools to Use in Planning your Estate
At the New River Historical Society, all unrestricted gifts are used strategically to support our top conservation and preservation projects. The Wilderness Road Regional Museum and the Old Jail in Newbern, Virginia, are presently our top projects. Bequests can also be made specifically for the preservation and operation of these treasured sites. In the future, if funds allow, other sites may be obtained. If you have a specific purpose in mind, please contact the leadership of the society to discuss your wishes. We welcome your support to help preserve our history, treasured sites, and artifacts for the enjoyment and education of future generations. If you have included the New River Historical Society in your estate plans, please let us know! We would like to thank you for your generous commitment to the future preservation of our history and welcome you to The Legacy Club.
